The Big 3 Gourmet of Echizen/越前おろしそば

We use buckwheat flour produced in Fukui Prefecture and delicious water from Oshozu Fudo-son, affectionately known as 「Oshozu-san」, located behind the store.
We serve only the handmade noodles that we made that morning, and on weekends, customers from outside of the prefecture come all the way to our restaurant. In addition to the popular oroshi soba (grated buckwheat noodles), we also offer a set of warm Soba Noodle Soup with Herring and millet dumpling Spring water from the Oshozu Fudo-son also flows inside the restaurant, and visitors can taste the remnants of the rest stop that was once called 「Oshozu no Sato」.
